One of the most common questions we get asked, is “how soon can you install my new boiler?”
If you experience a boiler breakdown it throws the whole house into disarray.
If it happens in the colder months, having no central heating can be a real problem, particularly for the very young and elderly. This is a situation we never want to see anyone in.
Many people’s initial reaction to having no hot water is a feeling that it isn’t serious. Most people think “we can boil the kettle to wash up and make a cup of tea”. And, this is true. But if you are left without hot water you cannot easily bath or take a shower. If you are busy professionals, have young children, or just have a full and busy house this can cause a real headache. Boiling the kettle enough times to take a bath takes some time!
Also, if you washing machine takes hot water, washing clothes is not going to be simple. Many machines will heat up cold water, but the cycle takes much longer and obviously it increases overall energy costs. Not great for busy households.
We provide you with your quotation when we visit to undertake your home survey. We aim for this appointment to be within 24 hours of your initial enquiry to us.
We will then aim to install your new boiler within 48 hours of you accepting our quote and giving us the go ahead. If we can install more quickly, we will.
