When we receive an enquiry from you, we will contact you to quickly answer any immediate questions you may have and to arrange your home survey.
Mark Tidd, our Managing Director, will come out to see you personally so that he can be assured you have been given the correct advice and options. At the home survey Mark will look at the layout and size of your house, including whether you have a loft space and the number of bathrooms and radiators. He will also enquire as to how many people live with you and what the patterns of using hot water are. This information is essential to ensure that the boiler you choose to have installed will physically fit in your property and that it is capable of meeting your requirements.
At the end of the home survey Mark will provide you with your quotation for your new boiler.
You can give us the go ahead there and then, or Mark will leave you to think about it. The reason we give you the quotation so quickly is so that we do not want to cause any delays if you need your new boiler installing quickly.
Once your boiler is installed, we will carry out your annual services. This ensures you are safe, that the boiler is working to maximum efficiency, and that your manufacturer’s warranty remains valid. Because we are Worcester Bosch Approved Installers, we can offer extended warranties of up to 10 years.
