The Boiler Professionals was set up by our Managing Director, Mark Tidd, following him gaining over 20 years’ experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Mark identified that there was a need for a professional and quality boiler installation company operating in the Scarborough, York, Whitby and surrounding areas.
Mark leads his team by example ensuring that each member works to his standards and values… and this is perhaps what sets the company out from the rest!
Mark knows that his customers appreciate quality, both in the boilers he supplies and installs and in the service levels they receive.
And, customer service really is of the highest priority. When your boiler needs replacing, you need a company who is going to be responsive and able to install your new model quickly.
It will be Mark himself who comes out to do your home survey and provide you with your quote at that visit. This ensures that everything has been considered, you have the right model boiler for your needs, and you have our best price immediately allowing you to make a decision as quickly as you need to.
All the team value your custom and will always treat your home as though it were their own. Installing a boiler isn’t always the cleanest of tasks, but you can be assured you will be left with no mess. We will always turn up when we say we will because we know you have busy lives and cannot afford to waste time waiting for someone to turn up.
Over and above our experience and commitment to quality and service levels, we hold accreditations which make us stand out from the rest.
We are Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers. This means that we can offer extended guarantees on their products and they guarantee that we are Gas Safe and OFTEC registered.
We are also members of the Chartered Institute of Plumbers and Heating Engineers and on their Register of Heating Engineers. This is the professional register of the top heating engineers in the UK. It means we are constantly updated with information on new technology, procedures and regulations. The register is for qualified professionals only and the organisation actively fights the battle against what they call ‘amateur cowboys’.
